You can request a booth and/or sponsor opportunity, then once you are approved, access the Exhibitor Service Center to take advantage of the management and preparation tools offered to ensure a successful event! Exhibit Hall hours at SAVMA Symposium 2026 Friday, March 13th - 9:30am - 4:30pm Saturday, March 14th - 9:30am - 5:00pm (Exhibit Hall Happy Hour from 4:00pm - 5:00pm) Please note: Name Badge policy: Each person who will be working at your company's booth for any period of time during SAVMA Symposium 2026 will need to register for a name badge. Exhibitor badges are unique to each person and are required to work in the exhibit hall for security purposes. Badge costs are charged separately through the Exhibitor Staff Registration site (to be sent at a later date). Lead Retrieval: Lead Retrieval has been added as a new sponsorship benefit to some booth packages. Only Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze level sponsors will be offered this benefit for this year.
