How do I become a sponsor?
Email our Fundraising Chair, Taylor, at fundraisingchair.symposium2023@gmail.com to get information on our sponsorship packages. Please note that the exhibit hall for SAVMA Symposium 2023 has been filled.
Where is the exhibitor hall located?
The exhibitor hall will be located in the Heritage Hall at the iHotel and Conference Center on Friday and Saturday. An exhibitor kit and exhibitor hall map has been emailed to confirmed sponsors.
What are the exhibitor hall times?
The exhibitor hall is open for attendees Friday and Saturday from 9am - 4pm.
Exhibitor set-up will be Thursday (3/16/23) from 2pm - 7pm.
Exhibitor tear down will be Saturday (3/18/23) from 4pm-7pm.
Do I need to register as an exhibitor?
Yes, everyone who will be present at the booth needs to register as an exhibitor. A special code will be sent to you when your sponsorship is confirmed.
Will food be provided?
Yes. There will be an exhibitor/speaker break room with refreshments and snacks.
